Coaching playlists in HubSpot is a relatively new feature within HubSpot. How can this tool be useful for your company and how to use it? In this blog we will provide you with all the ins and outs of coaching playlists. 

What are coaching playlists exactly?

Coaching playlists are playlists that contain complete or clipped call recordings. These playlists can help training your team members as your team gains insight in soft skills and selling tactics by looking/listening to the recordings. You can create multiple folders to make sure different areas of training are organized. Be aware that at the moment coaching playlists is a beta functionality only available for Sales and Service Hub pro. 

Where can you find it?

There are two ways in which you can find the coaching playlist within HubSpot. You can go to contacts > calls and then click playlists at the top right. The other way to get there is by clicking on sales > coaching playlists. Within the tool you can create playlists, add them to a specific folder and select who can see the playlist (specific people or teams only or everyone).
